Returns

Returns for refund: must be made within 5 days of your receiving the banner.

To return a BannerSuperstore.com product: Please email us at julie@jclbarricade.com and explain the situation.  Bannersuperstore stands behind the quality of its products but please recognize that your banner has been custom made to your specifications.  Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any wear, the purchase price can not be refunded.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of purchase.  Banners with wear cannot be returned. The banner must be in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
